2 · Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to access product information or purchase products from VEYL LABS.

You are responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, shipment, storage, handling, and use of research materials are lawful within your jurisdiction.

VEYL LABS reserves the right to refuse service, restrict shipping, request additional information, or cancel an order when necessary for legal, compliance, security, or business reasons.

3 · Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may change periodically.

Order Confirmation — Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully received and verified and VEYL LABS has approved the order for fulfillment.

Product availability, pricing, packaging, specifications, and other information may change without notice.

VEYL LABS reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, including orders associated with suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or compliance concerns.

If payment has already been collected for an order that VEYL LABS subsequently cancels, the appropriate refund will be issued.

3A · Research Quality, Privacy & Website Standards

VEYL LABS is committed to maintaining professional standards throughout its research-product and online operations.

Secure Website — VEYL LABS uses encrypted HTTPS connections to help protect information transmitted between visitors and the website.

Age Verification — Access to research-product information may require confirmation that the visitor is at least 21 years of age.

Independent Laboratory Testing — When third-party laboratory testing or a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is displayed for a product, the documentation corresponds to the identified product or lot and is provided to support research transparency.

Data Minimization — VEYL LABS seeks to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate the website, process transactions, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. VEYL LABS does not intentionally collect or retain complete payment-card information when transactions are processed through an independent payment provider.

Intellectual Property — VEYL LABS branding, product photography, graphics, written materials, and other original content are owned by or properly licensed to VEYL LABS unless otherwise stated. Third-party intellectual property may not be used except where legally permitted or appropriately licensed.

4 · Shipping

VEYL LABS processes eligible orders after successful payment verification.

Orders are generally shipped during normal business days, excluding weekends, holidays, carrier interruptions, and circumstances outside the reasonable control of VEYL LABS.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a shipment has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside the direct control of VEYL LABS.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

VEYL LABS will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with qualifying shipping issues.

5 · Returns, Replacements & Order Issues

Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody considerations, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

VEYL LABS does not accept returned research products for resale.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the purchased product, contact VEYL LABS within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Photographs, packaging information, lot information, or other documentation may be requested before a replacement or other resolution is authorized.

Products and statements appearing on the VEYL LABS website have not necessarily been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

VEYL LABS research products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information provided by VEYL LABS is intended solely for general research, educational, product-reference, and informational purposes.

Nothing appearing on the website constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, legal, or other professional advice.

Purchasers assume responsibility for ensuring that products are possessed, stored, handled, researched, transported, and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and appropriate laboratory procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

VEYL LABS may collect information reasonably necessary to operate its business and fulfill customer orders, including:
